Recreational speciality courses

Recreational speciality courses typically focus on standard recreational limits and techniques suitable for divers who explore within no-decompression limits (NDLs) and use standard air or nitrox mixes.

These courses focus on technical diving skills and safety protocols essential for diving in more challenging environments.

This course prepares divers to use sidemount configuration for deep and technical dives with enhanced safety and handeling of multiple cylinders.

The SSI XR Foundations in Twinset or Sidemount perfects your buoyancy, trim, and equipment setup for advanced and technical diving.

The SSI XR Foundations (Single Tank) course enhances your buoyancy, trim, and propulsion skills, improving overall control and efficiency.

SSi Extended Range teaches you to conduct decompression dives down to 45 meters with 25 minutes of deco.
