They provide a pathway for divers to enhance skills and knowledge in specific areas of scuba diving, making diving safer, more enjoyable and more varied. They also contribute towards achieving higher certifications, such as SSI Advanced Open Water Diver or SSI Master Diver.

Recreational speciality courses

Recreational diving courses typically focus on standard recreational limits and techniques suitable for divers who explore within no-decompression limits (NDLs) and use standard air or nitrox mixes.

The Wreck Diving course will teach you how to dive on wreck sites and on the correct identification of different types of wrecks

The SSI Science of Diving course covers essentials in diving physics, physiology, and decompression theory for safer diving.

The SSI Recreational Sidemount Diving course trains divers to use sidemount configuration for comfort underwater.

The SSI React Right course provides divers with crucial first aid, CPR, and emergency response training for handling of emergencies.

Learn to use a camera underwater and edit your photos/videos so that you can create breathtaking underwater images

The Perfect Bouyancy course gives you the skills and techniques to achieve precise buoyancy control and improve your diving.

The Night & Limited Visibility course will teach you how to dive in these conditions. This includes light comunication.

Learn underwater Navigation skills including compass work and natural navigation. Confidently navigate diverse underwater conditions.

Learn to use an enriched air nitrox mixture as your breathing gas and their effects on your underwater adventures

The SSI Dive Guide course prepares divers to lead certified divers with confidence, ensuring safe and enjoyable dive experiences.

The Deep Diver course teaches you to dive down to 40 meters within the no -decompression Limits and the basics of stage handeling.

The Decompression Diver course teaches you to dive with 15 minutes of decompression time in recreational depths.

The SSI Computer Diving course teaches divers to effectively use dive computers for enhanced safety and efficiency underwater.

XR courses

XR (Extended Range) courses cater to more advanced divers seeking to extend their range beyond recreational limits, often involving deeper dives, extended bottom times and specialized gas mixtures such as trimix. These courses emphasize technical diving skills and safety protocols necessary for more challenging environments.

This course prepares divers to use sidemount configuration for deep and technical dives with enhanced safety and handeling of multiple cylinders.

The XR Foundations course, in a Twinset or Sidemount configuration, teaches you everything you need to dive at a technical level.
