Goetz´s story

From the age of 11, Goetz knew he would have his own dive centre and become a diving instructor one day. After diving all over the world, he decided almost 20 years later that Costa Teguise would be the ideal place for him.

Today he not only owns Daivoon, but he IS Daivoon. He puts his heart and soul into this small, family-style dive centre and with his wicked sense of humour and permanent smile, he always makes sure everyone has fun.

As a diving instructor he sets the rules underwater and ensures the safety of all his guests.  His interest in diving is inexhaustible and he has an infectious enthusiasm for the sport.

Goetz uses his wealth of experience to get the most out of any dive.

Everybody who appreciates the individual touch and a little crazyness too will love diving with Goetz.

Michi´s story

With passion and confidence she became an important part of the Daivoon family. She is now the business brains of Daivoon and ensures the smooth running of the diving centre, which the rest of the team really appreciates!

Being really patient, Michi has the perfect touch with kids, or divers who need a little longer to acclimatize to the underwater environment. She will guide you slowly through the water (although some say that she is too fast 😉 ) and show you all the fascinating creatures we have under the sea.

Even better then her organisation skills are the cakes and biscuits that she brings frequently to the center for the team and our guests (must try).
